REGISTRATION OFFICIALLY CLOSES MIDNIGHT THURSDAY AUGUST 8th

This event is sponsored by Plano Wildcat QB Club. This is a first of its kind event for our young club and we are proud and excited to partner with one of our local community schools and offer this exiting afternoon to our members and all those new to the pickleball community.

The cost for this unique and exciting afternoon of events is $60 for members ($75 for non-members). Your entry fee not only earns your spot in this mini-tournament, but will also include the following activities and opportunities to win exciting prizes:

• $500 total cash prize purse (divided accordingly between the different divisions)
• 50/50 Raffle
• Silent Auction for several exciting gifts

And for the BEST PART, your entry fee entitles you to the following compliments of the event sponsor:

• FOOD - compliments of own local Little Rome
• BEER and HARD SELTZER (available to everyone 21 and older with valid ID - donations for the cause are both welcomed and appreciated)

The tournament format will be a bracketed, round robin format for players of all skill levels. This is a great opportunity for beginner level players to participate in a tournament competition.

Dependent upon the final # of teams, the field will be split into 2 divisions (OVER 50 and UNDER 50) and the following skill/experience levels:

• Beginner - little to no experience
• 3.0 - 3.49 DUPR rating
• 3.5 - 3.99
• 4.0 - 4.49
• 4.5+

Other important details:

• Tournament participation is limited to the first 72 teams
• Register with a partner if you like (mixed gender teams) or as a single and you will be paired
• IN THE NOTES FIELD OF THE REGISTRATION - PLEASE LIST 1.) your experience level / DUPR 2.) Age bracket (over or under 50) and 3.) partners name if you have one
• Proceeds go to support the Plano Wildcat QB Club supporting youth athletic program for Plano Senior High School

NOTE: 

Our venue will still be open to the public (subject to capacity limits) for those courts not dedicated to this event.
